Innovating how organizations manage physical infrastructure.
IDN builds friendly, affordable cloud and mobile facilities management software. Employee-owned, self-funded, and focused on the people who use our tools every day.
20+ years building for facility managers.
IDN was founded in 2008 with a simple goal: develop internet-based software that helps organizations manage their major assets — buildings and the systems that keep them running. We wanted to solve the problems clients kept hitting with traditional infrastructure and management solutions: cost, usability, and implementation.
Founded in the depths of the 2008 financial crisis, we set out to be a different kind of software company — one that cared about the people who develop the code and the customers who use it, not shareholders or an endless cycle of disruptive upgrades. We are self-funded, carry no debt, and have no venture capital relationships.
Small and nimble, fast to respond, and constantly innovating have been the keys to our longevity. Today we deliver enterprise-grade facilities management on the cloud, on mobile, and through custom applications built on the IDN Platform.
